Are there any additional charges that I will have to pay in addition to the indicated price?
Depending on the Tour you have reserved, access to cenotes and archaeological sites are not included, which are specified in the tour exclusions where the rates are specified. Other expenses such as drinks and tips are also not included.
Do I need to print a receipt to show the tour guide?
It is not necessary to print your Boarding Pass, you can show it from your cell phone without any inconvenience.
How much does it cost to do a private tour?
Prices may vary depending on the tour you reserve, prices for a private tour can be requested from your agent or sent an email to the following email address: contacto@cancuntoursmarket.com
We recommend you bring comfortable clothes, an extra change of clothes, bathing suit, sandals and/or water shoes (optional). Extra money (for access and other expenses).
The tour is charged through a Payapal payment link where you can pay any Visa, Mastercard, among others. (Keep in mind that we handle prices for a single payment, not for months, since the price would be higher).
Is there a penalty for canceling my reservation?
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be made, since spaces are separate and limited. It is possible to cancel with less than 24 hours if it is something related to health, your prescription will be requested or there will be no refund.
In case of no show, it is no longer refundable, you can only reschedule with a possible no show charge from 50% to the total reservation.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance or can I buy at the box office the same day of my visit?
We do not have payment upon boarding, so you will have to buy it at least one day in advance, making the Paypal payment preferably before noon (we are still subject to availability, check before booking if your reservation is from one day to the next).
If I don’t have a credit or debit card, how can I make my reservation?

Where can I invoice my purchase?
When making the payment through Paypal, directly in the App you can request the invoice (make sure to check in which step the invoice is requested to avoid losing it).
I already booked my tour, but I did not indicate the hotel for the pick up. What can I do?
In this case you must contact an agent by calling our customer service number to be able to provide it. You must provide this information at least 2 days before the date you chose to be able to schedule your transportation and separate your spaces, otherwise your pick up time cannot be scheduled.
